• What membership types are available?

  Passenger membership:
  - For new and demonstrator Passenger vehicles that are up to six (6) months old from the date of first registration without prior damage.
  
  Commercial membership:
  - For new and demonstrator Commercial vehicles that are up to six (6) months old from the date of first registration without prior damage.
  
• What does the membership cover?

  The membership will cover your nominated vehicle for repairs to painted alloy wheels, bumper bar, body kits, panels, exterior mirror casings, paint chips, stone chips and deep scratches, that are within the membership terms and conditions.
  
  - Fixed cost cosmetic repairs for your nominated vehicle
  - Access to qualified industry professional repair technicians
  - Door to door service
• How many times can I request a repair?

  Passenger vehicles: Unlimited repairs within the membership term, as per repair schedule guidelines
  Commercial vehicles: 2 repairs per month within the membership term, as per repair schedule guidelines
• If I have multiple repairs to be done at once how much will it cost me?

  Passenger vehicles: $49.95 per one repair. These fees apply if the damage is within the membership terms and conditions.
• When do I pay the fixed repair fee?

  Payment of repair fee is required before inspection/quotation and on-site repair.
• How do I request a repair?

  It is easy to request a Superb repair. You simply take a photo of the damaged area on your nominated vehicle, login into your online account and submit it online.
  
  Superb will endeavour to process you Repair Request withing fourteen (14) days after it has been submitted.
• What areas do you service?

  The geographic area in which repairs to the nominated vheicle may be perforemd, is limited to your postcode address within the greater metropolitan area of Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Canberra, and such other area as advised by Superb from time to time.
